1. Deposit & Eligibility: A non-refundable deposit of 100,000 PKR (Rupees One Lakh) is required. The franchise owner must have a company registered with SECP (Securities and Exchange Commission of Pakistan).
2. Office & Zone: Franchisee must open a physical franchise office within the selected zone/area and maintain operational presence.
3. Full Responsibility: Franchise owner is solely responsible for resolving all driver and user issues arising in their zone. This includes disputes, complaints, ride cancellations, payment issues, and any operational glitches. Zebar central team will provide guidelines but zone-level resolution lies with franchisee.
4. Compliance: Franchisee must comply with all local laws and Zebar's operational standards. Failure to resolve user/driver problems may lead to termination of agreement.
5. Documentation: Valid SECP certificate, proof of office address, and owner identification must be kept up-to-date.
6. Termination: Zebar reserves right to terminate franchise if terms violated. No deposit refund in case of breach.

By submitting application, franchisee acknowledges and accepts these terms.
